Spice Girls under pressure to double comeback tour dates

London -- The Spice Girls reunion tour is all set to turn into a bigger extravaganza than what was planned before, for talks are on for adding 25 more dates to the tour‘s itinerary, following fan‘s requests for tickets.
However, the elaborate tour may be a problem for the band members, for Emma Bunton is expecting her first child in August, and Mel B and Victoria Beckham have family commitments.
"The girls really want to do a huge tour but they‘re worried about how much time they‘ll be able to commit to it because of their families," the Mirror quoted an insider, as saying
"It‘s tricky for Victoria as she has three kids about to enrol in a new school and Mel B‘s daughter Phoenix would struggle with the schedule, too, as she‘s also of school age. It‘s not going to be easy for Geri and soon-to-be mum Emma travelling with their tots either. Mel C has her solo career to consider, too, so they‘ll have to get her on board...," the insider added.
"It‘s going to be a huge commitment for the girls, who are ext
remely devoted to their families. But they are overwhelmed by the world-wide response from their fans and don‘t want to let them down,‘ a source said.
Each of the five members will pocket 10 million pounds for the tour, which will last for three months starting from Wembley Arena before taking the show to the Far East, America and the Middle East with an audience of estimated 20,000 in each venue.
"The interest has been unprecedented. We reckon that there has been enough ticket requests to fill Wembley Stadium 20 times over," a spokesperson for the band said. (ANI)
