John Hannah to join Fraser in Mummy 3

Melbourne -- John Hannah will join Brendon Fraser in the upcoming sequel in the Mummy series ‘The Mummy 3: Curse of the Dragon‘.

The ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral‘ actor will reprise his role as Evy‘s brother Jonathan in the flick.

Hannah and Fraser are the only ones to return to the new sequel of the racy series.

Alex Pettyfer, Anthony Wong and Isabella Leong will also star in the film, reports Bloody disgusting.

Moving years ahead from where last sequel ended, the film is about the encounters of Alex (Luke Ford) the grown up son of Rick O‘Connell (Fraser) and Evelyn (Maria Bello replacing Rachel Weisz), according to Moviehole.

The new Mummy (Jet Li) is the shrivelled up remains of China‘s first uber-Emperor Qin Shihuang who seeks revenge on all those responsible for turning his team into stone. (ANI)
