Steve Jobs decides to resign

As per the latest reports, Apple’s CEO, Steve Jobs, is resigning from his post. Jobs has been the chief intellect behind the trendsetting products like the iPhone and the iPad. Jobs' step down increases the concerns over the future of technology giant, Apple.
Apple’s co-founder, Steve Jobs, has decided to leave his office due to his poor health.
Business analysts in the country have earlier predicated Jobs’ resignation as the CEO who had been ailing since his liver transplant, following pancreatic surgery, two years back. Jobs underwent pancreatic surgery in the year 2004.

Jobs, in an official letter, informed Apple’s board of directors that the time had come to inform the board about his incapability in running the CEO's office.
Consecutively, Apple’s official statement confirmed 56 years old Jobs' resignation late on Wednesday.
The statement also confirmed company’s Chief Operating Officer, Tim Cook, to take over chief executive’s office. The decision is being taken following the suggestion to the same by Jobs.

Eight years after Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak co-founded Apple in 1976, they released their first Macintosh computer.
During his professional career, Jobs always believed in risk taking and innovative techniques.
But, it was after Jobs’ 1997 return to the company that Apple, under his vision flourished as world’s number one in terms of products and profit. Different range of products like iPhones, iPads, iPod music player, iPad tablet computer etc. were launched under Jobs’ vision.
Media analyst Jonathan Taplin of the University of Southern California said in this context, “They have a very clean design that’s incredibly functional and a kind of natural sense of ease of use. And that’s what he always went for. I want to make this easy to use for anybody.”
