Here’s some good news for all 'Jersey Shore' fans! Their favorite stars are coming back for season four of the reality show, to be held in Italy.
Reportedly, all the cast members of the Jersey Shore series have signed their contracts for the latest season of the hit show.
Confirming the news, an insider told the E! News that all the members had signed their contracts on Friday night, and now the cast is all prepared to leave for Italy in the next two-three weeks, though they were slated to leave this week.
“Production wasn't ready to go. They didn't have a house. They were going to shoot in one city, and then that didn't work out, so now they're scouting another city,” said a production source.
About the contract hold-ups, the source said that everybody wanted things to work and after some of the things were settled, everyone signed up happily.
Huge raise in salaries for the cast
Meanwhile, there is good news for the cast members of Jersey Shore too, as they have just sorted out their salary issue and it has been raised as per their liking.
“Members of the core group will now be pulling down at least $100,000 per episode, especially once you factor in their bonus structure,” informed a source.
But then, it is much deserved by all of them, as the show has risen to popularity and is compared with the likes of American Idol.
About the next season
While shooting for the Italy season of the show will be starting in May, locals have already lined up to condemn the show and this time round, a lot more fun and controversies are expected in the show that made Snooki and her other teammates popular in America.
But analysts predict that gauging by the love for their home base, the Italy shoot may just end up being a vacation, and then the season may return home at the Seaside Heights.
