Jersey Shore star advice to students: "Study hard, but party harder"

This is the famous advice to students from the Jersey Shore icon Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi when she had a two hour-long question-and-answer sessions with the students of Rutgers University. Snooki was paid $32,000 for the said show. I'm pretty much sure you would want to know where the $32,000 budget came from?

Well, the overwhelming $32,000 for a two hour long question-and-answer with the said star came from Rutgers University's mandatory student activity fees paid by Rutgers undergraduates.

Considering that Snooki is an icon in the television show, she has many followers, and many idolizes her. That fact alone can bear so much headache to parents of these students who have attended the said question-and-answer show. Because as she said so, her followers, especially those who are aggressive enough, would definitely follow her advice.

If I am one of those students who participated in that show, I would definitely think "she might have partied a lot harder when she was a student, and now she's a television icon". What effect can this bring to my studies then?

While our teachers are trying to teach us the values of being a good American citizen, this actress will suddenly show up with this some kind of worthless, unprofitable advice which will absolutely bother those students' minds and will eventually lead them to, yes, partying hard.

That $32,000 is enough to fund some school activities that will feed our students' minds with profitable knowledge and will teach them humanitarian values that can eventually lead them to living a more valuable and useful lives.

Calling on all Rutgers University officials and administrators, what's on your mind people?
