The proceeds will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy research. Grant funds will be used by the Arizona Native American Business Development Center, a department of the National Center, to assist Indian entrepreneurs in Arizona with their business development needs. According to Ken Robbins, President of the National Center “we provide an array of business assistance to our Indian clients such as writing business plans, feasibility studies, as well as helping them put together loan applications for start-up or expansion of their businesses. Last year, with just over $2 million in funding, we were able to secure $670 million in contracts and financing for Native American businesses. In what is generally regarded as a slow home sale month, residential developer and builder YCH Communities L.L.C. experienced a dramatic first-phase sell-out of 17 homes in its new Green Valley Ranch development in Fairfield (California) on Saturday, November 6, 2004. The first set of 10 homes - 5 in The Classics and 5 in The Estates - were released at 10:20 a.m.; by 11:15 a.m., the homes were sold out, and the homebuilder released 7 more: 4 in The Classics and 3 in The Estates. The additional 7 homes were sold by 1:30 p.m., Saturday afternoon.
