Advanced Computer Innovations has now released version 1.3 of its EDGARizing package for SEC Filers at Public Companies, Corporate/Securities Law firms, SEC Filing agents and EDGARizing services. This latest release conforms to all recently introduced SEC requirements, and drastically reduces the time and effort required to file documents in EDGAR with the SEC. In includes all of the following at a special package price:
- EDGARwiz (highly accurate EDGARizing software)
- EDGARword (MS Word addin to check and polish documents prior to EDGARizing)
- CD-based self-paced training (basic and advanced)
- On-going technical support
The conversion software is very accurate, and automatically handles advanced formatting functions such as hanging indents, decimal and numeric alignment in tables, auto-numbering, cross-references, table of contents and many other such features which otherwise complicate SEC filings. It can convert documents to Modernized (HTML) or Legacy (ASCII) EDGAR. Because it works with the SEC’s EDGARlink software, it automatically makes use of the latest filing templates. Further, Advanced Computer Innovations, Inc., guarantees that if this EDGARizing software is used to produce a filing, it will not be invalidated by EDGARlink or EDGAR for reason of any invalid tag or formatting.
