Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, has recently completed two sales transactions totaling approximately 34,836 SF and $4.2 million.......
Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, has recently completed two sales transactions totaling approximately 34,836 SF and $4.2 million on behalf of Lee Properties Ltd.
The first transaction is a 15,750 SF/$1.75 million industrial sale located at 661-667 and 677 S. Burlington Ave. in Los Angeles, Calif. Ron Feder, principal of Lee & Associates’ Calabasas office, represented the seller, Lee Properties Ltd. Representation of the buyer, Pueblo Nuevo Development, was undisclosed.
“Pueblo Nuevo Development is a non-profit organization,” said Feder. “They received 100 percent financing to acquire this site.”
The second transaction is a 19,086 SF/$2.45 million retail sale located at 4281 W. US Highway 90 in Lake City, Fla. Ron Feder, principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., represented the buyer, Lee Properties Ltd. Gil Warner of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, Lake City Tractor Supply LLC.
“The transaction was a clean triple net (NNN) leased investment,” said Feder. “The seller, Lake City Tractor Supply, will remain as the tenant.”
