In what is generally regarded as a slow home sale month, residential developer and builder YCH Communities L.L.C. experienced a dramatic first-phase sell-out of 17 homes in its new Green Valley Ranch development in Fairfield (California) on Saturday, November 6, 2004. The first set of 10 homes - 5 in The Classics and 5 in The Estates - were released at 10:20 a.m.; by 11:15 a.m., the homes were sold out, and the homebuilder released 7 more: 4 in The Classics and 3 in The Estates. The additional 7 homes were sold by 1:30 p.m., Saturday afternoon.
While models are under construction, home buyers relied on artists’ renderings and breathtaking views from future homesites to make their home selections. Pre-sales activities drew close to 300 people in the first hour; all 17 homes sold within three hours. I was very pleased; I expected it to happen, but not as quickly as it did, said Guy Foxwell, Director of Sales, YCH Communities L.L.C. It’s clearly the fantastic location and the California-lifestyle designs. Our Green Valley Ranch development is adjacent to the base of the hills in Fairfield, a beautiful and natural location that you simply can not find anywhere else in this area.
YCH Communities L.L.C., established in 1995, is an award-winning residential developer and homebuilder of quality, single-family detached homes, with communities in northern and southern California; and with plans to aggressively pursue land development opportunities in the Sacramento and greater Central Valley markets. Its mission is to build affordable quality homes and develop attractive neighborhoods that complement their environments and provide enduring impressions. The company was recently ranked 5th in BUILDER magazine’s 2004 Fast Track 100 (September 2004), which ranks the fastest growing homebuilding companies in the US. Depak Chopra. Every self-help author uses Haanel’s ideas. Most never give him any credit. It’s even been rumored that Bill Gates read The Master Key System! I guess that’s pretty influential. Luckily, people are discovering Haanel and seeking out his books in droves. He has a very cool—and devoted—cult following.”
